EZ-Decorative Shrubs FS9 scenery objects by Sidney Schwartz
sidney.schwartz@comcast.net

This is a collection of decorative shrubs and flowers that can be placed in planters or on the ground. This is a standard FS9 object library and can be used with EZ-Scenery or any other program that allows you to place such objects in your FS9 scenery.

These are plane objects, meaning they are 2-dimensional. Each shrub or flower object comes in two versions, static and rotational. The static version will stay in whatever direction it is facing when you place it in your scenery. The rotational version will rotate so that it is always facing you. Static versions are best for placing against walls, sides of buildings, etc. You can tell which version is which by the name. Flowers_01_s is static and flowers_01_r is rotational.

IMPORTANT:
1. When placing rotational objects in your scenery, give them a heading of 0. If you don't they may not appear.

2. If a static object you placed does not appear, rotate it until the textured side is facing you.

Installation
============

For all users:
1. Unzip files into temporary location.

2. The easiest way to install these objects is to copy ez-decorative_shrubs.bgl into your FS9 Addon Scenery/Scenery folder, and all bmp files into your FS9 Addon Scenery/Texture folder. Or, if you are familiar with how FS9 scenery folders work you can put them in any active scenery folder of your choice.

3. If you are not using EZ-Scenery or Library Object Manager, you are done with the installation.

For EZ-Scenery users:
Also copy ez-decorative_shrubs.txt into the same folder as ez-decorative_shrubs.bgl. This will provide descriptive names for the objects in the EZ-Scenery program.

For Library Object Manager 1.00 users:
If you have imported ez-decorative_shrubs.bgl into LOM, ez-decorative_shrubs.lmt will allow LOM to display thumbnail images of the objects. See the LOM documentation for instructions on importing thumbnail images.
